1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service govern your school's ("you," "your school") access to and use of Skorya's school management software (the "Service"), provided by Skorya. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms on behalf of your institution.
2. Who can use Skorya
Skorya is intended for use by schools, their staff, students and parents/guardians, as invited by an authorized school administrator. Your school is responsible for verifying that everyone it invites is authorized to access student data.
3. Your account and data
- Your school owns the data it enters into Skorya, including student, staff and fee records.
- You're responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for what happens under your account.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the data your staff enter — Skorya displays what it's given.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed yearly based on your selected tier and enrolled student count. Fees are due at the start of each billing term. A free trial, where offered, does not require a credit card and converts to a paid plan only if you actively choose one.
5. Fee collection
Skorya displays fee invoices, due dates and payment status to help your office and parents stay aligned. Skorya does not process, hold or transfer school fee payments — collection happens through the payment method your school already uses.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to access data outside your school's account, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
7. Termination
You may cancel at the end of your current billing term. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have significantly overdue payments, with reasonable notice where practical.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Skorya is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
